A little about us
We were formed to support the ‘Ponds Centre’ at Seer Green in Buckinghamshire which housed a number of live-in residents living with Cerebral Palsy.
When it was shut down, the residents were moved to locations around Buckinghamshire, so we realised we had to broaden our remit, choosing to provide support in and around Buckinghamshire.
Our mission: To raise and provide funds to enable inclusive family activities and create valuable memories.

We provide funding to deserving families caring for family members with CP and similar conditions.
Assistance is NOT 'Means Tested'
Funding is based on need and not on family income or savings. Each case is considered individually, and rewarded on its own merit.
Inclusive
We understand that families need to spend time together, so if you need to include a friend or carer, to enable this, then their needs can also be accommodated.
Rest and Relaxation
Providing care within a family environment can be stressful and tiring. A break from the ordinary can help you to recharge your batteries.

The resort has sports and leisure facilities, family play areas and an extensive choice of craft workshops, so there really is "something for everyone".
What we Provide:
- 100% Funding for the person with CP, their parents and siblings.
- Optional funding for a friend or a carer (on application).

- We DO have a duty of care to ensure that all claimants are genuine, but a medical professional will be able to certificate this.

The Manor
The Process:
- Make your initial enquiry above.
- We will send you a full application form.
- Once received, we will inform you if your break will receive full funding.
- You can then check availability with the Manor and make a provisional booking giving us the booking reference.
- Payment will be made by us to the Manor and you will be notified that your break awaits you.
